Gold Medal Winner for International Wine Challenge 2009, Daiginjo category. It contains hints of tropical fruit and herbs, making it slightly sharp and dry but balanced with a rounded sweetness.
 
It leaves behind a clean, refreshing lingering note on the palate. The two dominant words used at the brewery to describe the sake of Niwa No Uguisu are juicy and fresh.
 
This creamy and juicy Junmai Daiginjo sake is round, balanced and fruity with a very clean finish. Serve this sake with dishes that are sweet and savory or with grilled bread, balsamic-braised figs and robiola cheese.

Our sake are generally delivered within 2 working days. When resources are avail, we can even do a same-day or next-day delivery.
 
All deliveries are free and will take place based on the timeslot we have arranged with you, between 12pm - 5pm.
 
In general, orders placed before 5.30pm will be delivered within the next 2 business days upon order.
 
Orders placed after 5.30pm will only be fulfilled the next business day; your sake will be delivered within the next 3 business days instead.
